GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES GIFT CARD
GIFT CARD
The purchase of the “Gift Card” service results in, on the part of the Purchaser, the adhesion and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sales set out below.
- Subsequent to the payment completion, on the part of the Client, of the sum relative to the “Gift Card” offer, a confirmation of the full payment and order in favour of the Purchaser will be issued by this Company. Within 48/72 hours, the Purchaser will receive the “Gift Card” in PDF form.
- The “Gift Card” must be used, without exception, within and not after twelve (12) months from the date of its issuance. In the case of a lack of its use within the beforesaid final and peremtory terms, the “Gift Card” will be considered expired and, consequently, Pierluigi Restaurant will be free from any obbligations and can legitimately keep the amount collected at the time for the sale of the same “Gift Card.” It is understood that, in the case of an impediment to use the “Gift Card” linked to circumstances of greater forces, objectively preventing a timely use of the same, the User of the “Gift Card” can contact Pierluigi Restaurant via the following email: prenotazioni@pierluigi.it or by phone: +39 06 686 8717, taking care to justify and document the impediments suffered. Pierluigi Restaurant will have the faculty, but not obbligation, to extend the duration of the “Gift Card.”
- in order to establish exact day of its use, the User must contact Pierluigi Restaurant, both by email: prenotazioni@pierluigi.it and phone: +39 06 686 8717, taking care to cite the indicated “Gift Card” code, and name of the Purchaser. It is understood here and now that the booking must be, in any event, made at least seven (7) days in advance ad that the acceptance of the use of the “Gift Card” will occur only after verifying the availability of the date indicated and confirmed via either email or telephone call. The use of the “Gift Card” cannot in any event, coincide with any of the occasions when the Restaurant is closed, or on holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter or any other national holiday, nor in general, when the Restaurant has planned institutional activities in which it is occupied, such as evenings with Wine Tastings, or external events.
- Pierluigi Restaurant would like to make known that its menu varies during the course of the year, following the seasonality of its products.
- These are, in any case, without prejudice to the rights reserved of Consumers of the c.d. “Consumer Code.”
GIFT CARD
At the completion of the requested payment due, Pierluigi Restaurant will send the Purchaser confirmation via email of the service/product chosen and relative receipt. In the email, the “Gift Card” code, issuing date, terms of validity/expiration date, cost of the “Gift Card,” name of the Purchaser and eventual messages requested by the Purchaser will be given.
Within 48/72 hours following the completed payment, a personalised virtual “Gift Card” will be sent in PDF file to the email provided by the Purchaser (that can be forwarded and also used for/by third parties) with the “Gift Card” code, Purchaser name and value of the “Gift Card” and eventual virtual messages requested by the same Purchaser.
The “Gift Card” has a validity of twelve (12) months from the issuing date, or will follow the expiration date/validity specifics highlighted at the time of its purchase.
Subject to a written request by the Purchaser, Pierluigi Restaurant has the faculty to extend the exipiration date.
With the termination of the effectiveness of the time-limit terms (natural or extended) the “Gift Card” will be void and can in no way be used/reimbursed.
RESERVATIONS
In order to use the “Gift Card,” the User is required to make a reservation, given at least seven (7) days’ notice in advance of the desired date for its use. This includes citing the “Gift Card” code and name of its Purchaser. The date and time chosen will be agreed upon, so as to be compatible with the availability of seats and times at Pierluigi Restaurant.
The confirmation of such reservation will be communicated via email, otherwise the “Gift Card” results unconfirmed and not usable.
The confirmation of the reservation must be presented at Pierluigi Restaurant at the moment of using the “Gift Card.”
In the case in which the User doesn’t show up on the established date and time, without having previously communicated via email to prenotazioni@pierluigi.it or by phone call at +39 06 686 8717, at least 24 hours in advance, creating his own impediment, the “Gift Card” can in no way be reimbursed or re-utilized.
Instead, a cancellation is considered valid by Pierluigi Restaurant, if advised at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation originally made, via email to prenotazioni@pierluigi.it or by phone call at +39 06 686 8717. In this case, the User can make one (1) new reservation, to be used within the expiration date of the “Gift Card.”
BRIEF INFORMATION REGARDING THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA (PRIVACY)
In accordance with the D.Lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, we declare that the personal data of Clients are collected for the sole purpose of correctly providing the requested services, and of communicating information regarding our initiative. The acquired data will be treated electronically in accordance with the existing Italian laws. Those involved have all rights reserved of art. 7 of the above- mentioned decree; at any moment they can consult, modify and cancel their data by writing to the email: info@pierluigi.it.
