According to the season and availability of fish, seafood, meat and vegetables, the Menu changes. Freshness is the key feature in choosing products that work, and we buy most of our rigorously Italian fish and seafood directly from local ports near Rome.
While based on traditional ways of cooking, the seasonal dishes are prepared in researched, innovative ways to bring out different flavurs, adding value to their tastes. Special menus for any events/private parties can be organized with vegan, gluten-free, allergy-free, etc. menus. We can satisfy any special dietary requests/needs.
We create special holiday menus, such as for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, and Easter Sunday at the Restaurant. For these holidays, again, we can satisfy any special dietary requests/needs different from the fixed selection, with advanced notice. Reservations are required.
