The American-style Cocktail Bar is a natural extension of Rome’s PIERLUIGI RESTAURANT, designed to welcome you before and after your meal, or offer you the occasion to enjoy a cocktail, accompanied by our cuisine.

The contemporary and international Cocktail Bar features a large Emperador Dark marble counter with hand-made bottle displays of amber brass. It is an elegant meeting place to enjoy traditional or signature cocktails, or even to create one together with you.

All preparations, syrups and sodas used in mixing are made by our Barmen, starting with the freshest produce in season. The distilled spirits and liqueurs present are many, and of the highest quality.

Among the most exclusive labels regarding vodka are Ketel-One, Grey Goose, Belluga Gold-line, Kauffman, Konik’s Tale ad Belvedere. With regards to whiskey, our selection includes bottles from Macallan, Ardbeg, Dalmore, Caol-ila and the entire private collection of Samaroli, aged up to 50 years and that of Johnny Walker.  Rum is represented by labels such as Zacapa and the complete private collection of Samaroli, a well as Diplomatico, Sea Wynde, Rhum J.M., Bacardi (Ron Superior ) Heritage, Flor de Cana or El Dorado.   A wide choice is available also for Gin: Elephant, Tanquery, Bombay, Sipsmth, Botanist, VII Hills, 50 Pound, and 209. Cognac can be selected from the full line of Hennessy : Hennessy Paradise, Hennessy Richard, Henessy A. de Fussigny XO, and Rémy Martin. Armagnac includes Vicomonte Dufier and Darroze.
